This position is located at the Fabwel Riverside, California plant.
Fabwel is the leader in the RV Industry for exterior walls for recreational
vehicles and cargo trailers.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading the productivity improvement efforts on production lines.
- Identifying and leading various productivity improvement programs waste
reduction, throughput increases, labor utilization, materials
utilization, work process flow, etc.
- Teaching and using various quality systems tools, procedures,
statistics, etc.
- Leading quality improvement programs in all areas of the operations
- Researching, developing and writing process and technical documentation
on all aspects of Riverside manufacturing process
- Development, implementation, and evaluation of critical safety
processes, programs, and procedures
- Providing information, guidance and training to managers and employees
to identify and eliminate safety risks
- Facilitate EH&S training and behavioral change initiatives to promote an
engaged safety culture
- Ensure compliance with Federal State and local regulations
The successful candidate will possess:
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Prior safety management experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a must
Education/Experience:
- BS/BA Mechanical/Process Engineering or related fields.
