Reporting to the EH&S Leader, the Safety Specialist will be a key member
of the team at the Napa Cultured Stone facility.
Responsibilities Include:
- Development, implementation, and evaluatation of critical safety
processes, programs, and procedures
- Providing information, guidance and training to managers and employees
to identify and eliminate safety risks
- Facilitate EH&S training and behavioral change initiatives to promote an
engaged safety culture
- Ensure compliance with Federal State and local regulations
- Cultured Stone is the leading manufactured stone veneer used in
residential and commercial construction. The Napa facility is the
flagship plant and is experiencing high growth in customer demand.
This newly created position reporting to the EH&S Leader will be a key
member of the team responsible for:
- Development, implementation, and evaluatation of critical safety
processes, programs, and procedures
- Providing information, guidance and training relating to managers and
employees to identify and eliminate safety risks
- Facilitate EH&S training and behavioral change initiatives to promote an
engaged safety culture
- Ensure compliance with Federal State and local regulations
Requirements:
- BS/BA Safety degree preferred, or related fields
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
